If a customer requests cancellation before work has started, the request will be reviewed based on the applicable project agreement and any work already performed.
Once development or customized work has started, refunds may be limited because resources and development time may already have been used.
Due to the nature of electronically delivered digital products, refund requests may be subject to the specific terms mentioned for the particular product.
